KitchenAid Repair Palo Alto was very responsive to my calls, and provided excellent communication via text. The repair man showed up on time, put on plastic booties, and spent almost an hour fixing my leaking refrigerator. He cleaned up the mess, and when he was gone I couldn't even tell he'd been here aside from my correctly-working fridge. The price was reasonable, and the repair man was pleasant to work with.

My dishwasher wasn't washing dishes well and there was a lot of water left on the bottom, I first went to another company and they insisted we needed a new computer board for $450. I then called KitchenAid Repair Palo Alto and a technician came, assessed the problem and listened to the dishwasher while lying on the floor and decided we probably only needed a new pump. Of course, when he went to install a new one, he found a piece of glass that caused the old one to stop working. Problem solved much cheaper than the original guy and nothing to do with the computer board. Highly recommend them - he showed up on time and did the job.

This is my first experience with KitchenAid Repair Palo Alto. We called to make an appointment for service on our refrigerator because it was making grinding noises. This is a very expensive refrigerator and I would rather have it serviced sooner rather than wait until something breaks and I have to replace it entirely. My husband talked to them on the phone for 20 minutes, telling them about all sorts of ways to self-medicate. After they decided that we couldn't fix it ourselves and really needed a professional, then he made an appointment for us. This is fantastic customer service.

Really happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of KitchenAid Repair Palo Alto company. My fridge wasn't as cold as it used to be. They responded quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment the following day. They arrived on time and were able to resolve the issue in less than 10 minutes (airflow issue caused by food blockage).

On the 13th, my refrigerator started working worse for sure, some extra smells started coming out, noticed a puddle next to it. So I decided not to hesitate and called a technician from KitchenAid Repair Palo Alto. Turns out I was having problems with both the compressor and the seals around the door. They didn't make me wait long, I agreed to a date the next morning and the price. It was almost two weeks later and I was watching to see if everything would be okay. And as you can see I am writing a positive review.
